Terms and Conditions

1. All submissions (and/or any reproduction of them) become the property of Nestlé Purina PetCare, and may not be acknowledged or returned.
2. Submission will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and may be used as Nestlé Purina PetCare sees fits, without compensation, including future marketing activities.
3. Persons submitting photographs acknowledge that they own the material/content submitted, that it is not defamatory and that Nestlé Purina PetCare's use will not violate any third party's rights or otherwise place us in breach of any applicable laws.
4. The person making the Submission must be 18 years of age or older and a Canadian resident.
5. To be considered for inclusion in the Purina Animal Hall of Fame™ the story must depict an event occurring in Canada and demonstrate that the dog/cat helped save the life of a human.
6. Those considered for the Purina Animal Hall of Fame™ will be contacted in January of that year. Stories will be validated by police/ambulance reports and/or media coverage.
7. Owners selected for inclusion in the Purina Animal Hall of Fame™ will be required to sign our standard Declaration and Release.
