Rated 5 out of 5 by from Improved health and coat! One of my Siamese has had health problems since he was a youngster. His coat has been rough, he has a cough, he has vomited on a regular basis. After testing, countless vet visits, antihistamines, expensive cat food, I switched to Purina One dry food. This is the one I tried for him first and it stopped his vomiting immediately. Gradually his coat improved. His weight dropped. (He needed to lose some) Now his cough is gone. His coat continues to improve- it is like silk. I can't believe it. Now I mix it with the new Immune System Purina One to improve his immune system. After all these vet bills, I am so impressed with this product line. Way to go Purina!! Thank you!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Siberian Cat with Food Allergies loves Sensitive Systems! Smokey is a Siberian cat that we have had since he was 8 weeks old. For the first 12 months, he could not tolerate any food we gave him - soft or hard; fish, or meat or chicken. Chicken was recommended because it is so easily digested. The more chicken we gave him, the more diarrhea followed. Reading the labels on the cans, we discovered chicken is in almost every can whether it is fish or meat. Finally, one day a Vet Tech suggested Sensitive Systems. Not sure why we hadn't seen it on our own. We read the label. No chicken! Turkey is the primary ingredient. After a couple weeks of eating just Sensitive Systems, his system was just as normal as any other cat we've had (we've had nearly a dozen over the years). Now, he . . . and we . . . are happy campers!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality food helps with his throwing up! Our little boy is 17 years old and has a sensitive stomach. We tryed different cat foods but still had a problem with his stomach. He can't eat treats or can cat food (which he loves), we started him out on One when it first came out and his problems has subsided. I'm glad to say, now he eats with no problems and enjoys the taste very much. He is still very active for his age and sometimes thing he is a kitty. He jumps from the floor to the kitchen counter as if it was no trouble and helps make meals. Everyone can't believe that he is 17 and still going strong. Rated 5 out of 5 by from losing hair from food allergy -- RESOLVED we were using an indoor advantage cat food for Chelsea and she started pulling her hair out in clumps after a year. We took her to the vet and figured out it was her food. we switched to sensative systems and her hair is now growing back in and she no longer has the issues of pulling her hair out or itchy spots from her allergy. Chelsea had pulled out nearly 1/4 of her hair from her tail to her front shoulders on her trunk. She was also throwing up frequently. I guess animals are like humans and food allergies can happen after a while. Thanks for the food that works so great on her and she loves eating it. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality food my senior cats love! I adopted from the same shelter, 2 senior kitties at different times. Duncan is now 19+, adopted Dec 2014 & Miss Kitty is almost 12, adopted Aug 2015... there are 3 other kitties in my family; Gabby 18, who arrived as a baby in 1998 & Rudy 7, adopted in Sept 2014 and Kevin 3,adopted in June 2015.. had switched all cats to a grain free food recommended by my vet. Unfortunately, Duncan the 19+ year old seemed to have issues digesting the grain free; and Miss Kitty arrived at the shelter needing MAJOR dental with a lot of extractions and it seemed too hard for her to "gum/chew" ... so I switched these two back to Purina One Sensitive Systems. Duncan, the 19+ year old now very rarely vomits up his food and Miss Kitty 12, can "gum/chew" the kibble, because the pieces are smaller & a little more porous ... and they both LOVE the food! And mom is happier that they are having much fewer digestive issues! The other 3 kitties are always at Duncan's & Miss Kitty's dishes... think I will be switching them back too, once the grain-free is gone. Thanks for a great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A True Purina Fan I adopted my kitty Abby a little over s ago. She was the cutest little 8 week old kitten ever. It didn't take long after getting her home, set up, and comfortable to see that she wasn't just picky when it came to her food but she had a hard time keeping it down. After taking her to the vet many times and us trying her on many different perscribed foods that she refused did a vet tell us she has sensitive stomach and he handed us a sample of Purina Sensitive System Formula to try. I was extremely surprised until then every vet just kept writing us prescriptions for expensive foods you had to purchase at the vets office that Abby didn't like. After giving Abby the bowl of Purina it didn't take but a few seconds of her looking it over, giving it a few good smells that she immediately started eating it. This was the first time in the 2 months that we had her that she really liked the food she was eating. I was a little worried she wouldn't keep it down but she did. After about 2 weeks I was able to finally relax. Abby was still keeping the Purina down and still loving it. Today you would never guess by looking at her that she's 15 years old. She's healthy, happy, and full of energy. She truly is a special part of our family. We love her so much. She's the Best! I want to give a BIG Thank You to Purina, you're the Best!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My cats won't eat anything else I have a Maine coon and a Ragdoll. Both tend to vomit now and then. Sensitive systems food helps tremendously with that. My Maine coon has a tendency for bladder stones and the one for Urinary tract health has meant fewer trips to the vet for this issue. Very happy with this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for Digestive Issues Since he was very young, my cat has had a sensitive stomach and digestive issues. I won't go into detail, but he had significant issues. Frequent vet trips, medicine and trying different foods would help the problem a bit, but the one other food that really helped was an expensive prescription food that I had to order...then I tried this and it worked wonderfully!! My three other cats love it, my sensitive-belly cat loves it and I could not be happier. I felt so bad for him and I am thrilled that not only is this product a reasonable price, but this company cared enough about animals to develop such a product.

Instructions

ADULT CAT FEEDING INSTRUCTIONS
Fill your cat’s bowl with the recommended measured amount of PURINA ONE® Sensitive Systems every morning and allow your cat to eat on a “free choice” basis throughout the day, rather than as a single feeding at mealtime. Food intake required to maintain an ideal body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment. Monitor your cat’s weight and adjust food amount accordingly.

IT’S NOT FOR ALL CATS
PURINA ONE® Sensitive Systems is specifically formulated for adult cats. If you have a kitten, pregnant or nursing cat, feed PURINA ONE® Kitten.

FEED ONLY ONE
A cat’s digestive system works best when it receives the same food each day. Although humans crave variety in their diets, cats do not. Feeding different cat foods can turn your cat into a finicky eater. Avoid feeding table scraps, as they can upset the nutrient balance provided by your cat’s regular food, and may lead to obesity. For questions related to the health of your cat, see your veterinarian.

MAKING THE SWITCH TO PURINA ONE
Changes in your pet’s diet should be made gradually to allow your pet to become accustomed to a new food. When switching your cat to PURINA ONE® from another cat food, please allow 7 to 10 days for the transition. Gradually add more PURINA ONE® and less of the previous food to your pet’s dish each day until the changeover is complete.

NO SUPPLEMENTS NECESSARY
Purina ONE® provides 100% complete and balanced nutrition for maintenance of adult cats. There is no need to add vitamins, minerals or other supplements, unless specifically directed by a veterinarian.

WATER
Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily.

For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.
