At Purina, we believe the connection between pets and people is one of life’s most powerful bonds. That’s why we created the Purina Animal Hall of Fame, Canada’s longest-running pet recognition program. This initiative honours animals whose extraordinary acts of bravery and loyalty have made a lasting impact on the lives of others. Since its inception, hundreds of pets have been inducted for their courage, compassion, and heroism.

These animals are more than companions—they are protectors, lifesavers, and symbols of unwavering devotion. Their stories remind us of the incredible strength and resilience that animals bring into our lives. From alerting families to danger to providing emotional support in times of crisis, each inductee has demonstrated a unique ability to inspire and uplift.

The Purina Animal Hall of Fame not only celebrates these remarkable animals but also encourages others to recognise the heroes in their own lives. If you know a pet whose actions deserve recognition, we invite you to nominate them for the upcoming year. To learn more about the program or to submit a nomination, please click here and fill out our form.
